On the Lean Body Workouts Home Bodyweight Fat Loss Workouts:
I was nervous that I would not be able to do alot of the exercises due to a particular knee injury (I was wrong!). I could feel myself
becoming stronger as the classes continued, being able to hold certain moves longer, being able to push myself further, visible
muscle tone in my quads and abs and arms also! Quite pleasantly surprised!! I would recommend it to anyone who is open minded
to exercise, someone who wants to do a different type of workout, and is ready for results! I like the fact that Mike shows you
different 'levels' of certain exercises you can do, so alot of different fitness levels can participate.

I was more skeptical with myself and was afraid that I wouldn’t be able to do it, especially after seeing how hard the sample boot
camp class was. But the scheduled classes give you the motivation to keep going and the classes are fun. I have never seen these
results before. I used to work out 3 times a week at the gym but even then I didn’t see this type of results – my muscles are
noticeably larger, I have lost fat in areas that I don’t want it, but I’m actually eating more because my metabolism has picked up so
much. I didn’t know I could actually work myself this hard! I knew after the sample boot camp class that if I were to do this 2-3 times
a week, there would be no way that I couldn’t see results. So, in a good way I wasn’t totally surprised but still am very happy with the
results.

body. The classes have also increased my endurance level and turned up my metabolism. Very, very pleased with the results.
Fantastic! I was surprised by how QUICKLY I saw the benefits. The classes are difficult and I expected to see results, but the results
came very quickly! I would recommend this class to anyone who is serious about turning their body into a lean, mean fat burning

I was not skeptical but wondered how well I would burn more fat without the high level of cardio (for example like the kickboxing
class that has quite a bit of running). I have been on a steady weight loss for the past 10 weeks (1-2 lbs per week). My clothes fit
better and I am working back towards my pre-pregnancy weight. My results were surprising. With me, it is difficult to attribute my
total success to just the fat burn class since I am also in the kickboxing class. However, I "feel" the results of the fat burn class for
longer than the kickboxing class. I did not think I would see results as early as I did.

I have been taking kick-boxing with Mike for about a year and was ready to move upto the next level and add a different element to
my exercise routine. After experiencing the "trial" camp I knew it wouldn't be easy, especially with an injured shoulder, but you get
enough options to work at your own fitness level. I have truly been amazed at how strong my core has become. I was recently on
vacation and was able to traverse trails marked strenuous with no difficulty. I have also regained more use of my arm than I
thought possible. I would definitely recommend this class to anyone at any age who is looking for a workout that will produce great
results.

I followed the beginner, intermediate and advanced workouts. I was intimidated that I wouldn't be able to complete even the
beginner program. Also, because of my skepticism, I took baby steps and held off on starting the eating plan until I felt more
confident, which wasn't until a few weeks into the intermediate workout. Initially, after completing the beginner workout, I lost a few
pounds and after finishing the advanced workout and having been on the eating plan for approximately two and a half months I lost
an additional 25 pounds. Definitely surprised by the results. When I decided to start the program I didn't even have an actual goal in
mind as to how much weight I wanted to lose because I never thought it was possible. However, after I started seeing results, I set a
goal and stuck to it. I was a carboholic before I started the nutritional plan and was worried that I wouldn't be able to stick with it.
After approximately a week and a half the carb cravings were gone and I actually started looking forward to the meals. There are
such a wide variety of food choices that even a picky eater like myself had no trouble finding foods I love to eat. Once I made up my
mind to follow the eating plan I didn't find it to be very difficult to stick to it, even with a busy lifestyle. I would recommend this
program to anyone who is serious about losing weight and who desires a healthy lifestyle.

I wasn't skeptical about this class at all. I know you give hard, but successful workouts! (Kickboxing) I am very pleased with the
results. I have lost 20 pounds this summer, several inches, and I'm much stronger. I'm not surprised; however, very pleased. Even
when I don't feel well, your class always makes me feel better! I recommend this class to EVERYONE I talk fitness with!!!!

I was very skeptical about the class before attending it because the name (boot camp) is kinda scary and I was very much out of
shape. My results have been phenomenal! I have lost a total of 16 lbs. since I have started and it has made me do a complete
lifestyle change! I was very surprised by the results. I didn't expect to feel this good and be in such good shape. This class has
definitely motivated me! I would recommend this class to everyone who is interested in losing some weight, wanting to tone up their
body, or who overall just wants to feel good about themselves!

I was excited about the try out days we were able to attend prior to registering for the class. We were able to check it out and see if
we liked it before joining, which I think was a good way to gauge interest level. So, skeptical...no, excited...YES! I love a challenge!
The results I've seen so far are in how strong I feel. Prior to taking the class, I didn't do much weight work and focused mainly on
cardio. I realize now, after having been in the course for about 2 months, that this type of work out is so much better for my body. I
can see my muscles in my arms, my abs are tighter, and I'm getting stronger every time I go to class. People comment on my toning
and how strong I am now, and I didn't get that when I focused so much on cardio. Feeling strong is AMAZING!! I don't think I was
surprised by the results as much as I am extremely motivated and energized by the results. I think I'm more surprised at what I can
do now, as a result. Prior to the class I wouldn't even think about doing push-ups, because they were so challenging, but now I do
them as a daily routine. The stronger I get the more motivated I am to keep going, and challenging myself in different ways. I
don't feel like there is anything I can't do! I recommend this class to be daily! Everyone I talk to who is physically active, and even
those who aren't, I am constantly trying to get them to try it out. I tell people of all ages and of all fitness levels. I love this class, and
want others to love it too!!

Lean Body Fat Loss class offers a strategy for success that involves discipline (show up) mindset,exercise, and diet(suggested eating
styles and solutions are available on the blog and website). If you make time for exercise, it really will change your body. You will see
results. I have increased strength all over my body and with the shedding of excess body fat I am able to see more muscle defintion.
I dedicate myself and expect to see results. I would recommend this class to anyone who wants an affordable plan for achieving a
successful lean body. Be diligent about getting in your workouts and you will see results!

I was referred by a business friend, we are in the Allen Park Chamber together and I took her couples massage class through the
Allen Park Recreation Center. I was skeptical about this class because I have developed knee spurs and have constant pain... but
the pain to remain the same was getting worse! I am pain free and flexible again and feel so much stronger, pluse I feel more
positive and sleep better... and more confident. I thought I would never be able to sit crossed legged on the floor again! I'm absolutley
surprised by my results, plus I did not have post exercise pain,,, it was fun and I wanted to test my limits which I change with every
session. I want to live full out and classes like this help me step in that direction...I recommend this class to anyone who is wanting
to be on top of their game in their personal best for health, fitness & mental self control. I like what I am learning and doing for
myself. Anyone can do this if they have a desire to take responsibility to change oneself. Size, age and ability do not matter, desire to
take action is the ignition and belief is the fuel. Just do it!

I wasn't skeptical about the class since I had taken fitness classes before. My results have been good. Was not really looking to lose
weight but to keep on track with my strength training. I was surprised by the level of workout. I am a runner and had done DVD's
before for strength training but the class is challenging. I would recommend this class to anyone who is looking to gain strength and
tone up. Also for anyone who likes a light atmosphere for a class and wants to have a good time with their workout.

Last year I had begun taking a kick boxing class, but wasn't seeing the results I was looking for. Mike was offering a Lean Body
Training class so I decided to give it a shot. At first I was very nervous about the class and not sure I would be able to keep up with
it, but after a couple weeks I could feel my body getting stronger. Before I knew it I was able to do difficult exercises with ease and
could see the results. My reason for taking this class was to tone my body, but I have also found that I have lost inches in my waist
and I am in the best physical condition of my life. It is amazing how a couple workouts a week can make such a huge impact! I
would recommed this class to people who are looking to lose weight and also those who have reached their weight goal but are
looking to tone their muscles and keep themselves in shape. Mike makes the class fun and challenging and I would encourage
everyone to give it a try!

I was skeptical about this class at first because I thought it would be too difficult and hard on my wrists and knees. I was already in
the kick boxing class once a week then I added one fat loss class. I lost 7 lbs in a month and a half. I have enjoyed it so much I am
now going two times a week along with my kick boxing class one time a week. I am 44 years old and I am in better shape than
when I was in my twenties. And no, I am not kidding. My abdominals, legs, and arms are very defined. I have more energy and self
confidence than I have had in a long time. Yes, it is hard work, but when you leave you will be amazed how wonderful you feel. I
would recommend this class to anyone who wants to feel and look incredible! I have my daughter and her girlfriend enrolled and
they love it. Michael is a wonderful instructor and knows that not everyone is on the same level. So he shows his class a low,
medium, and high impact example for each exercise. He also mixes up the exercises for each class so we are not working the same
body parts every time (and he plays good music).
